Accident and Rescue Summary
Salt Lake County SAR responded to a report of a 40 year old male snowboarder caught and carried in an avalanche off the Chicken Sh%t Ridge. The snowboarder washed through the trees and had the snowboard ripped from his feet with the bindings still attached to his boots. He sustained minor lower leg and/or foot injuries and was evacuated back to the trailhead via snowmobile.
